Wickham Forest Homeowners Association, Inc, is a not-for-profit corporation, which is governed by the State of Florida.
The Bylaws are our working procedures, and cover membership, meetings, Board duties and fiscal management.
The Covenants cover the agreements between homeowners. In the Covenants, you will find the rules on assessments, rights and responsibilities of homeowners and of the Association, architectural controls, and easements.
